The puzzle comes apart in pieces easily recognized by young minds. In addition to what is shown, the eyes, ears, mouth, and other pieces come off and the pieces can be color coded and/or numbered on the backside to match the colors or numbers on the structure.

This puzzle could also have more than 100 pieces for not so young minds.
